The directions, and book in need upgrading. Very difficult to find terminals at both ends of trip, signposting virtually non existent, thank God for Tom Tom. Catering opening times on boat limited. 8.6
Initially at the Port of Ibiza on a sunday we found the Baleria office to be closed yet we had been informed via email to go there in order to receive our pre-booked tickets. Luckily on walking round to the ferry to ask there we found a smaller and less obvious office which dealt with the tickets. The girl on reception was very helpful and friendly. Staff contact on the boat was minimal but they seemed ok. Journey was quick and the ferry prompt. Cheaper fares can be found elsewhere if you search around but otherwise, very good. 2.2
Fast ferry cancelled, slow ferry late. Disembarking took over an hour. The price of the ticket? Cheaper to fly to the moon. 8.0
It would be better if there is wifi. Overall, it is a nice experience. The ship is big. By the way, you can enjoy the nature view off the coast of Mallorca. You can also see Palma from a certain distance. Good picture would be gained. 6.2
Pleasant journey although it was delayed and no report in English as to why? |
