A bus link between the station, Thurso town and Scrabster is in operation for speedy passenger transfer. Thurso Train Station is located about 2 miles from Scrabster Ferry terminal.
By Air
Wick Airport is situated 23½ miles from the town. There is a regular air service to Edinburgh.
