Superfast Ferries Overview
Superfast Ferries is a subsidiary of Attica Group which is the parent company of Superfast Ferries and Blue Star Ferries. Superfast Ferries currently have one of the youngest and fastest ferry fleets in Europe, including a high level of service and value for money.
Superfast Ferries began operating in 1995 with the deployment of two passenger ferries; Superfast I and Superfast II, which connected the ports of Patras and Ancona in only 20 hours, setting a new standard in maritime transport between Greece and Italy.
In 2002, Superfast Ferries began operating the only ferry crossing between the Rosyth ferry port in Edinburgh (Scotland) and the port of Zeebrugge in Brugge (Belgium). Since the beginning of 2007, the route is being operated by Blue Star Ferries, the subsidiary of Superfast Ferries.
Please note: The service between Rosyth and Zeebrugge, operated by Superfast Ferries, will stop running as of 14th September 2008.
