No snacks were available in the snack bar, neither were many drink items. Crew forced family from comfortable place and was subsequently occupied by others. Very slow disembarking 2.8
The ferry and all its passengers had to wait 2 hours due to an extensive check of one car. The cabins were smelly, not very well cleaned and too hot. Not enough facilities on board for an 8-hour journey. 2.2
We were given an entirely different category of low-scale, unclean cabin than the pricey one we paid for in advance, although the booked cabin category was clearly marked on the reservation confirmation. Not only that the reception personnel was entirely useless, unhelpful, unwilling to assist and totally confused, but to make things worse they directed us to depart the ferry and go to the ticket office at the port to resolve the issue. And the same thing happened at Adria Ferries ticket office on the port, since the personnel there didn't speak English, nor it understood it well, in order to help. Thus, we were left without any solution, but to return and use the wrongfully given, smelly and unclean cabin without any basic travel conditions, for the entire trip. No attempt was made by Adria Ferries to provide us with respectable and decent service in assisting passenger's needs. I suggest they start taking care of providing the passengers with qualitative service for the money they are paying, surely if they would like them to return and use their services again. 7.8
This ferry wasn't super lux but it had everything you could expect and the facilities were more than enough. The cabins were basic but functional. Ours was near the engine room so there was a bit of noise but I found it oddly calming. All together a nice experience and the boat left only a little late but actually arrived a little before schedule. Maybe it was the very calm waters. |
