I am extremely desapointed about the very poor level of service following my 2 trips (from Marseille to algiers and Marseille to Algiers). I strongly believe that i have been mislead by your publicities and adverts . Inconvience ,discomfort, disrespect was experienced on both trips . I do not feel that an improvement can be made as this is not my first experince. I have wasted £538 . Please accept and consider my feed back as it is geniun , i will be writing to you with more details . Many thanks 3.0
It was a nightmare from beginning to end.The check-in was like an overcrowded refugee camp.so was the disembarking. The only positive part was the friendly and helpful staff- thank God.Stay away from this route unless you abolutely need to use it. 3.8
Really disappointing overall - forced to book a couchette on internet website which was difficult to navigate my ticket was a foot passenger only in reality. This meant I had no couchette, no flexibility (as I had to carry my bags with me everywhere I went as there was no safe storage) and most importantly no bed. After being up deck on finally leaving for 1hr all seats everywhere had been commandeered by Algerians for sleeping and so I had no seat so ended up between 1am to 7am on the floor 6 inches from an Algerian man's foot! Surprisingly I had only 10mins sleep for my 7-8 hr journey and have had bad back pain since. Officials on the ship were utterly useless and closed reception within 1 hr of setting off. Overall a trip to be done and got out of the way - a shame but in keeping with Algerian transport pretty synonymous! 2.8
The boat nice and tidy but the service very bad , no toilet paper or soap in toilet , nobody want to give us the code for the WiFi , when I arrive to Alger I got robbed , some one took my suite case , I lost my clothes and my family gift. This is my worst Holliday. Thanks 8.0
I must admit that I wasn't expecting the best ferry company in the world but was really pleasantly surprised by the ship we went on - the Ariadne. Everything seemed to be more than 'ship shape'. The food was good and the cabin although simple was well looked after and although the bed was a little soft for my tastes I managed to have a good night's rest. Thanks. I will travel with you again in the future. I particularly want to thank the member of staff who practically gave me a personal tour of the ship when I got a little lost. |
