Anafi Ferry Port Overview
Anafi ferry port lies on the isolated island Anafi which is a part of the Cyclades group of islands in Greece. Anafi has an area of just 40 square kilometres with rugged landscapes and lies on the eastern side of the world famous island Santorini.
Anafi is a small but spectacular island with unforgettable views of the sea, the steep cliffs and the splendid sunsets.
Anafi has been ignored by the tourists for quite a long time but it is a great place for recreation and relaxation. Anafi has some great sandy beaches Klisidi and Roukounas with fantastic views and taverns by the beach if you simply want to relax but if want to explore the island with a bit of walking around, then Anafi is the right place for you with old paths around steep hills and varied landscapes.
On the eastern side of the island lies Mt. Kalamos, the highest peak (584 m) in the Mediterranean region. Perched on top of this cliff is the Kalamiotissa Church.
Anafi has some great night life with discos and bars although not characteristic with its quiet lifestyle and some of the best places to taste the homemade Greek delicacies.
While in Anafi, you can enjoy the luxury of staying in quiet resort and also explore the other islands by taking day trips.
Please note: Currently there are no Anafi ferry services available with AFerry.co.uk, however they will be available soon. |
