Arrecife port facilities

Arrecife port has a few restaurants and some basic duty free shopping facilities. For the best facilities, however, stop off in the city of Arrecife itself.

Getting to Arrecife

Arrecife ferry port is situated just outside the capital city, so follow road signs or the gentle snake of tourist traffic coming from the latest cruise liner to dock at the port.

About Arrecife

This beautiful beach in downtown Arrecife (capital of the island since the mid 19th century) has been granted a blue flag by the European Union.

From the delightful San Gines lagoon, which harbours small inshore fishing boats, you can follow the coast to El Reducto which boasts a modern seaside promenade that leads to El Cable beach. Fine golden sand and placid waters create a picturesque setting.
