When travelling by car from Odense, take road 9 via Ringe and take road 8 south towards Bojden.
Bojden Ferry Port is located in a picturesque area in the south west region of the island of Funen (Danish: Fyn), with its numerous beaches, and quant port town atmosphere. Funen is the third largest island of Denmark after Zealand and Vendsyssel-Thy. Bojden is located south west of Odense, the main city of Funen Island.
Funen (Fyn) is linked to the main Danish island of Zealand by the Great Belt Bridge, which carries both cars and trains. There are also two bridges which connect Funen to the Danish Jutland peninsula for cars only.
Although these bridges link the Danish island of Fyn with the surrounding islands, the Bojden ferry service provides a convenient way of travelling to the nearby port of Fynshav on the Island of Als.
