    Terrible check in
    • Kapellskar to Paldiski with DFDS LISCO

No information about check in which was in a barracks house with no signs. Rude person who did not even explain where it was so had to drive around to try and find it.

Easy too book on internet, but...
    • Paldiski to Kapellskar with DFDS LISCO

It was fast and easy to book this trip on the internet, but when we arrived to Paldiski it was difficult to find from where the ferry will go. The signs along the road were not good at all to direct us to the ferry. We did not book a cabin due to high price. 60 Euro for 10 hours on small cabin is far too much, so we did not sleep that night. Tax free shop is also very high priced. We used this ferry because there was no other possibilities that day.

    • Karlshamn to Klaipeda with DFDS LISCO

Hi, The most unexpected drawback for me were the reclining seats. I am a little over 180 cm tall and it was a struggle for me to fit my feet between the seat in front of me. Luckily nobody was sitting in front and the seat was not lowered for sleeping purposes. Since there was someone sitting behind me, I did not dare to lower my seat. Well, because of that I honestly had close to no sleep actually. I have sailed several times to Sweden and Finland before (not DFDS ships) but for similar price I had at least a bed in the shared cabin. So I can not agree with the current pricing completely. The breakfast was good enough, for the price asked at least, but I did not find the choice of salads to my liking. I only found one mixed salad to try and it was a rather sour tasting (red), most likely Lithuanian national, but I would have preferred any caesar or waldorf formula instead. P.S. I was on that route/ship first time and I could not find the entrance to the reclining seats room at first since those are not marked on the maps of the deck. Anyway, it all was ok in total, except the extremes of reclining seat issues. I might consider ships from Stockholm next time since sleeping before driving further is essential =) Best Regards, J.M. mcjaaq@hotmail.com

    • Klaipeda to Sassnitz with DFDS LISCO

The buffets in the restaurant were pretty good - something for everyone. Also all the other facilities, with a major exception, were quite good. Alone the sleeping chairs are a real disaster since it is almost impossible to take a nap on them. Many people preferred even the floor or took a chance somewhere else. A pity.
