Trasmediterranea Acciona took over EuroFerrys in July 2006 and it is now is a subsidiary of Acciona Trasmediterranea ferries.

All of the Acciona Trasmediterranea operations at Tanger port have now moved to Tanger-Med ferry port about 40 km from the port of Tanger.
