Le Havre to Portsmouth with LD Lines
I am a very frequent traveler on this route so this is not a one off assessment. The food is quite frankly awful overcooked or been under the warming lamps to long. Only one coffee machine means constant delays and really slows the whole process of getting a meal, it's a bottle neck - come on guys sort it out! Cleanliness can be an issue in the cabins, I have had a cabin that stank of urine and on my last trip when I flushed the toilet the whole bathroom flooded. Why do I use them? The price is half the price of the rivals but not a pleasant experience. Always on time crew are friendly and do their best.
