Very concerned that the safety instructions were inaudible in our cabin (?illegal) Only knew they were being broadcast when we opened the cabin door by chance . "Fine Dining Experience" not as fine as it was before Anek took over. Please, please change the truly ghastly voice making the English announcements. We may be forced to strangle her! However, the overall experience is still very good despite these criticisms. Reception desk staff surly, though others very good

The overall standard of service and facilities were excellent but my and other travellers complaint was with the lateness of the ferry. It set off late and arrived over an hour late! The outward journey was even later which is inexcusable.
