Very eficient,very professional and very clean. But you should improve the luggage storage part ,and why not to think of a lift for thoso who stay in the cabins(and are less young sometimes...)

Piraeus to Santorini with Blue Star Ferries
We were most impressed with the posh and clean ferry and the efficiency of the whole experience right from the online ticketing. We travelled in comfort through very rough seas when the smaller boats were not sailing. The facilities in all classes were superior to any of our Canadian ferries.
