Overall the service was pretty Average - there is plenty of room for improvement. It got us from point A to B but very slow check in and late (about 45 minutes overdue) but less late when we arrives. On board services were effective but not vert Y good
Algeciras to Tanger Med with FRS
Arriving at the harbor, we were surprised that we could make the crossing immediately, however we were 12 hours too early. From the staff, many other companies are still learning. Thanks for the excellent service and fine crossing!
Algeciras to Tanger Med with FRS
This ferry route was incredibly badly serviced. The outbound journey was 2 hours late leaving and the return journey was 3.5 hours late leaving. No explanation or apology were forthcoming about either of these delays even when we approached staff. the boat itself was ancient (a Glaswegian cast off!!!) and crowded with very limited facilities and unhelpful staff. Absolutely frustrating journeys both ways and just the worst service ever. The ladies toilet was flooded by a blocked and over flowing sink and the hand drier did not work, hygiene was generally very poor. Staff were very offhand and unwilling to be polite to customers.; in particular foot passengers were ignored and not even told when to board the ferry or how! Also it was not made clear at any point during our booking that Tanger Med. port is a long drive from Tangiers town and we were charged both ways for the supposedly free shuttle bus.
