Pembroke to Rosslare with Irish Ferries
I find the Pembroke to Rosslare route to the south of Ireland the best way for me. It is very easy to book on line and check in ,the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a comfortable ship with plenty of seating. I think the food being served in the restaurant needs a lot of improving. It is among the worst food I have ever been served. However there is a good snack bar in both lounges. Overall Irish ferries is a good way to travel, though a bit expensive out of season

It was good value for money only because we went club class. I feel though that having to pay full price club class for an 8 year old who hardly ate or drank anything that you had was a bit too much.

Bad club-class experience. There was a problem with another ferry collision and so our ferry was oversubscribed. Despite buying club-class seats on the outward journey there were no comfy seats left in club class which left me and my girlfriend sleeping on the floor. Also the lady who was working in club class was moaning a lot about customers who has asked her a question - this was massively unprofessional and unwarranted. The journey back was a much better.
