The ferry could not be cleaner or the entry and exit process have been any better. The calm weather and light winds also made life a lot easier.
Aberdeen to Kirkwall with NorthLink
My husband and I recently sailed aboard the ferry for a holiday in Orkney. We had very comfortable seats for the evening crossing and a cozy, well-appointed berth for the overnight trip back to Aberdeen. We had nothing to eat and only tea and beer to drink on board, so I can't address the quality of the catering. From the time I booked our passage online, however, the company handled everything smoothly and efficiently.
