Liverpool to Dublin with P&O Irish Sea Ferries

Probably this the 20th or so return crossing of the Irish Sea using P&O Liverpool / Dublin - which speaks for itself. Being of an age where having a lie down and good food is essential - the cabin and catering are always excellent. My only 'criticism' - and being aware that the ferry is primarily a freight carrier - is the sometimes long wait to board and exit. I am not keen on the reversing of the car part of the experience either - but that maybe is an age thing . Thank you to all the staff - onboard and on land.

Cairnryan to Larne with P&O Irish Sea Ferries

Both Cairnryan and Stranraer should realise that they are there to cater for people and not just cargo. A decent cafe/resting place would be appreciated. This is 2011 not 1811. Amend the train times to give people time to make connections when returning to Cairnryan so that eveyone can make the train at Stranraer.

Cairnryan to Larne with P&O Irish Sea Ferries

We enjoyed our voyage, but the facilities for passengers at Cairnryan are very poor: portacabin toilets and not even a vending machine to get a drink. Take a flask!
