Ramsgate to Ostend with Transeuropa LD Lines

I booked this trip in February this year, stating that my wife was disabled. About one month before 24th June you phoned my mobile and told me that you were changing my journey times. The return trip was a day earlier than I booked in February. As I had planned everything around the ferry bookings I accepted the changes. \when we booked in at Ramsgate, I stated that my wife was disabled and nothing was said. When we arrioved on the Gardenia, my wife was unable to climb the two flights of stairs. After a discussion with the purser we stayed on the car deck for the duration of the journey about four and a half hours. The Gardenia staff tried to ring the Ramsgate booking office but they did not answer the phone. Had I been told the ferry could not cope with my disabled wife I could have tried to find another ferry.
