Bari to Igoumenitsa with Ventouris Ferries

The check-in was friendly and efficient. Ticket office close to embarkation. Food was delicious and good value. Staff were friendly enough. We couldn't find our allocated seat and ended up sleeping on the hard benches in the cafeteria. Not impressed. People were smoking everywhere, though not supposed to. Guess that's the Greek way. ferry was 1.5 hours late in departure despite having to check in hours before. Toilets absolutely terrible. Wouldn't use Ventouris again.
