A smooth and hastle free sailing! The ship sailed on time and arrived on time. All we had to do was sleep! 6.4
Check-in and boarding were fine and the ferry was clean and spacious. We have 4 children under 10 and our 2 year old went in the travel cot provided. This was fine except there was no bedding supplied, though a sheet was provided once I'd queued at check-in again and asked for one. Other real pain were the loud announcements at 11pm which woke the kids. 7.8
No complaints Friendly staff Very clean and cabins also kept very clean and comfortable. Last crossing was very rough and ship developed a technical problem delayed journey - no fault of ferry co 4.2
Cabin v. noisy, lots of vibration so very little sleep. Shower grubby especially the curtain and shelf unit. Some lights not working on return journey. Catering in snack bar overpriced and any catering manager should be ashamed to offer Pot Noodle as a snack! On the outward journey only 1 croissant, 1 Danish pastry & 1 muffin available 30 minutes prior to departure. Overcharged for tea & Latte on outward journey & coffee machine not working on return. Dog lodge very unpleasant, dark, grubby hole with kennels which did not seem to have been cleaned for some time. Overall a very unpleasant experience which we would not repeat in a hurry! 9.6
Smooth outward and return journey which helped. Overall very good. Would recommend getting a cabin. |
