London Waterloo Station
London Waterloo is one of UK's oldest and largest railway stations. It is currently owned and run by Network Rail. Built in 1848, London Waterloo station is still one of London's famous landmarks off the Waterloo road. Its main entrance "The Victory Arch" is a notable feature of the station. The London Waterloo station was significantly damaged during the World War II but managed to keep many of its distinct features even after undergoing considerable repairs.
London Waterloo was the main station for Eurostar, the high speed train connecting London to Paris, Brussels and other places via the Channel Tunnel but has recently been replaced with London St. Pancras station.
