Trains, boats and planes making the journey across the Channel are set to be packed this weekend as rugby union fans snap up the last available travel places to Paris for the France-England World Cup semi-final.
Cross-Channel ferry companies, airlines and EuroTunnel have all reported huge demand from rugby fans desperate to see the Anglo-French showdown.
"As soon as the quarter-final matches were over there was a big response from fans wanting to travel with us," said Eurostar spokeswoman Lesley Retallack.
"It's not just English supporters who will be travelling with us. There are many French ex-pats based in London and they are anxious to get to Paris for the match."
P&O Ferries spokesman Chris Laming also reported a big increase in trade.
"We are going to be pretty busy, but there are 25 sailings a day and there is some space left," he said.
As many as 40,000 England fans are expected to be at Saturday's match, with many more likely to travel to Paris.
