People on ferry crossings to Brittany will be greeted by picturesque coastline
People planning ferry crossings to Brittany this year may get the opportunity to expand their cultural horizons at a film festival.

The 23rd Brest European Short Film Festival will take place from November 8th to 16th.

Held at Le Quartz in Brest, this festival is a major cultural event in the Brittany region, screening more than 250 short films from directors all over Europe.

Every year, more than 36,000 people visit the cultural celebration, including directors, writers, actors and producers, as well as crowds of movie fans.

Brits who take ferry crossings to Brittany can see a number of attractions and places of interest in Brest, including sandy beaches, granite cliffs and other impressive landscapes outside the town centre.

Brittany Ferries is one of the main operators that serves the region, offering ferry crossings from Portsmouth and Plymouth, among other ports.
