Ferry travellers visiting Belgium this year will have the chance to experience the buzz and excitement generated by a major event in the country's capital city.
The Brussels Summer Festival will comprise ten days of music and entertainment running from August 12th to 21st.
Artists and bands from Europe and the rest of the world will be performing at venues such as Place des Palais, which will host gigs by Jamie Cullum, De La Soul, Archive, Hooverphonic and others.
Music fans will also be able to visit venues such as Place Royale, Mont des Arts and Place du Musee to check out all sorts of acts.
Another highlight of the Brussels Summer Festival is the opportunity for ticketholders to access the permanent collections of galleries and cultural institutions such as the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium, Bozar and the BELvue museum.
There will also be outdoor theatre, circus shows, family productions and other live entertainment on offer at Parc de Bruxelles from August 18th to 21st.
People travelling to Belgium from the UK have the option of taking ferries from Hull to Zeebrugge with
P&O Ferries or sailing from Ramsgate to Ostend with
