Cross channel ferries could prove popular among rock music fans this year when Lenny Kravitz plays a number of shows in France as part of a European tour.
The popular singer-songwriter will play the first in a series of shows on the continent at the Zenith in Caen, a busy ferry port, on April 17th.
Kravitz will then head to Belgium for a gig in Antwerp before returning to France to play in cities including Dijon (April 20th), Reims (April 22nd), Marseille (April 26th) and Montpellier (April 28th).
People planning to catch Brittany ferries this year will be able to see two shows at the Zenith in Nantes on May 16th and 17th, followed by a performance at the Rennes Musikhall on May 19th.
The tour will showcase a number of tracks from the rock star's latest album, It's Time For a Love Revolution, as well as some of his well-known hits.
Fans planning to see the gig in Caen can sail with
Brittany Ferries from Portsmouth, or alternatively catch ferry crossings from Poole to St Malo with
Condor Ferries.
LD Lines also provides a service from Portsmouth to Le Havre.
