Amsterdam ferry breaks will offer some added bonuses to music fans over the coming months as the city hosts live performances by a number of artists.
The Heineken Music Hall will present a programme of live music to cater for all tastes, from classic rock to modern dance.
American singer Tori Amos will play the venue on September 17th, followed by British performer Chris de Burgh on September 21st.
Music fans interested in seeing either of these acts can catch ferries to Amsterdam from Newcastle with
DFDS Seaways.
Those who prefer artists with a more contemporary edge can visit the Heineken Music Hall in October, with Groove Armada appearing at the venue on the 23rd, followed by Lily Allen two days later and Massive Attack on October 27th.
British rockers Arctic Monkeys will bring their international tour to Amsterdam on November 10th and 11th, before Deep Purple entertain the crowds at the Music Hall on November 22nd.
P&O Ferries provides access to Holland with its ferries to Rotterdam from Hull, while
Stena Line serves the Harwich to Hook of Holland ferry route.
