National Chocolate Week is well underway, but it is not too late to celebrate the event with
DFDS Seaways.
The ferry company has suggested that there is no better place to mark the occasion than with a trip to Belgium, which is widely considered to be the capital of chocolate.
There are various places that are worth a visit in Brussels and Bruges, including the Museum of Cocoa and Chocolate and Chocolaterie Sukerbuyc, which creates more than 80 types of the confectionary.
Chris Newey, director of passenger services English Channel route at DFDS Seaways, commented: "With a whole host of chocolate shops, factories and museums, to keep chocoholics occupied, it couldn't be any easier to get away and experience National Chocolate Week first hand."
DFDS Seaways recommends that
ferries from Dover to Dunkerque are the best way of getting to these great cities.
