Chocolate lovers will be catching ferries to Dublin later this year to attend a festival celebrating their favourite sweet.
The Temple Bar Chocolate Festival will be held in the Irish capital's vibrant cultural quarter from October 30th to November 1st.
People interested in attending can travel on the Holyhead to Dublin ferry route served by
Irish Ferries and
Stena Line or catch ferries to Dublin from Liverpool with P&O Ferries or
Norfolkline Irish Sea.
The festival will represent the largest ever gathering of expert chocolatiers based in Ireland, who will present a number of workshops and demonstrations.
Visitors will also be able to attend parades, film screenings, performance art shows and other events, all themed around chocolate.
Several events will be taking place in the Temple Bar cultural quarter over the coming months, including Dublin Culture Night on September 25th.
Stena Line's ferries to Dun Laoghaire from Holyhead provide another way for travellers to reach Ireland, while
Irish Ferries operates regular services on the Pembroke to Rosslare ferry route.
