People with a passion for writing and literature can book ferries to Dublin to attend an event in the city later this year.
Several venues in the Irish capital will play host to the Dublin Writers Festival, which will run from June 1st to 6th.
Travellers can reach the destination by taking
ferries from Liverpool to Dublin with
Norfolkline Irish Sea or
P&O Ferries.
Visitors will be able to attend a number of events featuring some respected figures from the world of literature, including a discussion with Ian McEwan and Stewart Brand at the National Concert Hall on June 1st.
The writers will explore the topic of the environment and how art and science can engage with public concerns on the issue.
Booker Prize nominee David Mitchell will visit the Project Arts Centre on June 2nd to discuss his latest novel, while Antony Beevor will speak about some of the historical events he has covered in his books at Liberty Hall on the same day.
Travellers heading to Ireland this year also have the option of taking
ferries from Holyhead to Dublin with
Stena Line or
Irish Ferries.
