Festival fans will be able to attend a popular event during Dublin ferry breaks later this year.
The 2010 City Soul Festival will take place in Ireland's capital from May 27th to 30th.
Described as a "celebration of peace, unity and love", the festival brings live music performances and other events to various venues in the city.
People interested in attending can take ferries to Dublin from Holyhead with
Stena Line or
Irish Ferries, while both P&O Ferries and
Norfolkline Irish Sea serve the Liverpool to Dublin ferry route.
One of the highlights of the festival is the Soul Picnic, which will feature performances by a number of local, national and international soul artists at Merrion Square Park on May 30th.
This year's programme will also include a section dedicated to some of the genre's rising stars, which will include shows at various bars, cafes and outdoor venues around Dublin.
Furthermore, visitors will be treated to stand-up comedy, restaurant promotions and other initiatives during the City Soul Festival.
Other travel options for people heading to Ireland this year include
Stena Line's ferries to Dun Laoghaire from Holyhead and to Rosslare from Fishguard, while Irish Ferries offers a Pembroke to Rosslare ferry service.
