Condor Ferries helped raise £34,000 for Jersey Hospice Care last month by sponsoring a dragon boat racing event on the island.
The meeting brought together around 1,000 people in 52 teams, including pirates, Rastafarians, schoolgirls and many more.
Albert Pier provided the venue for the races, with the competitors going head-to-head on a 300-metre course.
Hundreds of Jersey residents and visitors gathered on the seafront to watch the contests and enjoy live music and entertainment.
Lynsey Beahan, Jersey Hospice Care's fundraising manager, said: "It was a fantastic day and everyone said they really enjoyed themselves. There was a superb atmosphere and as the day progressed the competitive spirit certainly seemed to grow among the teams.
"The sponsorship from
Condor Ferries and the support from RBS International means we're able to direct all the money raised towards the running costs of the hospice, which provides an invaluable service to islanders."
Condor Ferries operates a direct Poole to Jersey ferry route, as well as a service from Weymouth that runs via Guernsey.
The company also provides ferries to St Malo from Jersey for travellers planning to extend their journey into France.
