has announced some of its ferry services are being cancelled due to the severe unseasonal weather.
It has said sailings between the UK and Channel Islands today (June 8th) are subject to cancellations, although at present its June 9th services are set to run.
Currently, the situation is that all sailings from Poole today have been cancelled.
The company said: "All passengers are to contact 0845 6091026 to make alternative travel arrangements. Condor Ferries apologise for any inconvenience caused to your travel plans."
Passengers due to travel at the weekend may wish to keep in touch with developments in the weather situation.
Poole has been used by the company as its Dorset port since February due to the current state of the harbour at Weymouth, from where sailings to the Channel Islands previously embarked.
However, sailings from Weymouth should resume in March of next year, after Weymouth and Portland Borough councillors approved a £2 million scheme to rebuild the crumbling quayside earlier this week.
