Condor Ferries owners saying 'no changes' |  | | | 11 August 2008 | | Source: BBC NEWS | The company which is buying the ferry company Condor Ferries has said there will be no changes in the company's management, staff or services.
The biggest Channel Island ferry firm was sold for an undisclosed sum to the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund when it acquired Admiral Holdings Ltd.
Macquarie said it intended to maintain all of the ferry services between Jersey, Guernsey, France and UK.
Condor Ferries provides routes for both passengers and freight.
The deal has yet to be approved by the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority.
