Condor Ferries is supporting the Nigel Mansell UK Youth Cycle Challenge, a project that will see the former Formula One driver ride 1,200 miles around Britain in 13 days.
Mansell began his journey in London on July 22nd and will travel as far afield as Cardiff and Glasgow before returning to Canary Wharf on August 3rd.
Condor Ferries recently welcomed the Youth UK charity president onboard as he returned from the London to Paris 2010 cycling event and has also been providing free ferry crossings for Mansell's cycle team from their base in Jersey to the mainland.
Alicia Andrews, the company's head of sales, marketing and retail, said: "We're delighted to be able to support Nigel's charity bike challenge and wish him every success.
"As an active community-based company
Condor Ferries is always looking at opportunities to work with and support local organisations, sports and charities."
The operator sails to Guernsey and Jersey from Portsmouth, Poole and Weymouth and also provides
