DFDS Seaways launches new restaurant concept |  | | | 05 September 2008 | People embarking on ferry crossings with DFDS Seaways will soon be able to enjoy a new restaurant concept that was recently launched by the operator.
The company's Steakhouse restaurant will serve quality North American prime beef of longhorn origin and, according to DFDS Seaways, will offer a "relaxed and friendly atmosphere".
Passengers will be able to sample tenderloins or t-bone steak made from cattle that have been fed on a nutritious diet and received the right treatment.
There will be more than beef on offer at the Steakhouse, with customers also able to choose from a range of accompaniments for their meal, a comprehensive wine list and a selection of starters including prawns with aioli.
Other facilities available onboard DFDS Seaways ferries include shops, live entertainment, bars, casinos and cinemas.
The operator offers ferry crossings from Newcastle to Amsterdam in Holland and from Harwich to Esbjerg in Denmark. |
