DFDS Seaways promotes festive ferry breaks

DFDS Seaways promotes festive ferry breaks
DFDS Seaways has launched a new brochure promoting the range of festive breaks that customers will be able to treat themselves to this year if they travel by ferry.

The operator will be carrying passengers to Europe for New Year's Eve celebrations, Christmas market visits, river cruises and various other trips over the festive period.

An option for people looking for a unique end-of-year celebration is DFDS Seaways' Newcastle to Amsterdam ferry route, which provides the opportunity to experience the Dutch capital as it hosts a huge New Year's Eve party.

Catching ferries to Amsterdam also enables travellers to visit European cities such as Cologne and Bruges as they host their famous Christmas markets and serve up all sorts of festive food and drink.

DFDS Seaways also provides a Harwich to Esbjerg ferry route, which holidaymakers can use to visit Copenhagen as the city hosts its Christmas celebrations at Tivoli Gardens.

Ferries to Le Havre, Zeebrugge, Santander and other popular festive travel destinations are provided by operators including LD Lines, P&O Ferries and Brittany Ferries.
