People planning Dublin ferry trips this year will get the chance to see a production of Tom Stoppard's play The Real Thing.
This work by one of the most revered of all contemporary playwrights will open at the Gate Theatre on February 10th and run until the end of March, with low-price previews from February 5th.
Stoppard has written several critically acclaimed plays during his career, including Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and Arcadia.
The Real Thing, which is a semi-autobiographical play, follows the character of Henry, a playwright who cannot write meaningfully about the theme of love, despite his intellectual prowess and skill as a dramatist.
People planning Dublin ferry trips later in the year will be able to visit the Gate Theatre from April 7th when it presents a production of All My Sons by Arthur Miller, another of the 20th century's most influential playwrights.
P&O Ferries and Norfolkline both offer ferries to Dublin from Liverpool, while Stena Line and
Irish Ferries sail to the port from Holyhead.
