The Writers Festival will be held at venues in the centre of Dublin from June 2nd to 7th.
Various events are held during the celebration to pay tribute to literature from around Ireland and the world, with special guests attending to take part in talks, readings and other activities.
Ireland and Dublin in particular are famous for their literary associations, producing writers including James Joyce, Oscar Wilde, William Butler Yeats and George Bernard Shaw.
Ferry travellers interested in learning more about this subject can visit the Writers Museum in the centre of Dublin, which boasts a broad collection including books inscribed by Yeats and Joyce.
Both P&O Ferries and Norfolkline provide
