HD Ferries have announced that customers carrying a valid HD Ferries email ticket will be able to use the new direct shuttle bus between the St Malo ferry terminal and the Train/Bus station. This service is due to commence in line with the launch of HD Ferries new High Speed Channel Island service on the 15th March 2007. The FREE bus service will be able to seat 55 passengers and will run daily including weekends.

Bus stops

The HD Ferries shuttle bus will depart from "Quay C" at the St Malo Train & Bus Station. The bus will arrive and depart from in front of the ferry terminal.

Ticket

The shuttle bus driver will only accept customers holding a valid HD Ferries e-ticket or boarding pass. The shuttle bus will not be allowed to make intermediate stops. Seats will be given on a first come, first served basis.

HD Ferries believes this service will provide the "missing transport link" for customers wanting to travel between the Channel Islands and Paris. The timetable enables HD Ferries customers arriving in St Malo at 0915 to catch the shuttle bus and then the fast TGV direct to Paris from St Malo at 1115. Similarly those customers travelling to the Channel Islands can use the shuttle bus to catch the 0945 HD Ferries sailing to Jersey or Guernsey.
