Passengers with bookings on
ferries from Dublin to Liverpool this December may want to head over to Farmleigh House prior to their departure.
The attraction is hosting a fun-packed month of events that are sure to get people into the festive spirit.
It will be open to the public during the weekends throughout December, when the house will be decorated in a traditional Edwardian Christmas style.
Visitors can expect to find food markets, storytelling for children, carol singing and flower arranging at Farmleigh House - all of which are free of charge to attend.
Highlights for the youngsters include Captain Ho Ho's Magic Christmas Voyage, which is taking place on December 17th and The Witch in the Wood on December 11th.
P&O Ferries runs a frequent service from Dublin to Liverpool, as it operates up to three crossing per day that take around seven hours 30 minutes to complete.
