Grimaldi increases its ownership in Finnlines

Companies within Grimaldi Group now own 30.5 per cent of Finnlines Plc. Last February Grimaldi increased its ownership to 15 percent and the latest acquisition took place on June 28. On the same day it was announced that chairman Pertti Laine and his company Veikko Laine Oy as well as Heli-Maija Laine had sold their shares in Finnlines. Veikko Laine Oy was the third largest owner in Finnlines with 10.5 per cent of the shares.
