Head to Belfast for Festive Funnies
22 October 2008
People taking ferries to Belfast will look forward to seeing Phill Jupitus
Comedy fans should ensure they book their cheap ferries to Belfast soon if they plan to attend the Festive Funnies season at the Grand Opera House.

This series of shows will run from November 28th to December 19th, bringing top international comedians as well as local performers to the Belfast venue.

The range of stand-up acts at the festival will include Phill Jupitus and a number of comedians who have appeared on the show Whose Line is it Anyway, including Stewart Francis, Fred MacAulay and John Bishop.

Taking place every Friday between November 28th and December 19th, the shows will range from stand-up routines and sketches to improvised comedy.

The Grand Opera House will also play host to a pantomime this year – Mother Goose will run from November 29th until January 17th.

Belfast ferry crossings are available with Norfolkline Irish Sea, which sails from Liverpool, and with Stena Line from Stranraer.
