Integration of onshore organisations in Sweden

AS Tallink Grupp has successfully completed the negotiations according to the Swedish legislation between the employers and employees' representatives. The negotiations were related to the integration of onshore organisations of Tallink Sverige AB and Tallink Silja AB and its impact to the personnel.

The integration of two organisations, transferring various duties to the group level and stopping of overlapping activities will cause the reduction of 69 full time positions in company`s Swedish onshore office.

From December 2006 the shore operations were integrated in Sweden and Finland. The group now operates under the name of Silja Tallink AB in Sweden and Silja Tallink Oy in Finland.
