Irish Ferries has launched a sale that will cut prices on its ferry crossings to France by up to 50 per cent.
People who are able to travel between February 21st and May 14th can sail on
Irish Ferries' routes from Rosslare to Cherbourg and Roscoff for prices starting from 99 (£89) one-way.
These trips will provide the added bonus of free travel for an additional passenger and cabin accommodation included in the sale.
Bookings for the cheap ferry crossings to France must be made seven days before sailing and completed before March 3rd.
People who take advantage of the special offers will sail on the new Oscar Wilde ferry, which boasts a number of restaurants and cafes, shops, a beauty salon and a cinema.
Irish Ferries was voted Ireland's best ferry company for the 11th time at the Irish Travel Trades News awards this year.
The company said that the launch of the Oscar Wilde ferry and the addition of a club class option on its Irish Sea services may have "swung the vote" in its favour.
