Irish Ferries launches Cherbourg wine offer

People travelling on the Rosslare to Cherbourg ferry route operated by Irish Ferries will have the chance to take advantage of some attractive discounts this summer.

The ferry operator announced that it had reached a deal to provide an exclusive special offer to its customers through the Normandie Wine Warehouse in Cherbourg.

Irish Ferries passengers simply have to show a copy of their booking confirmation to get 7.5 per cent off the price of a case of 12 bottles of wine.

The discount rises to 10.5 per cent for a case of 120 bottles or more and 12.5 per cent for a purchase of at least 300 bottles.

People catching ferries to Cherbourg will be able to take advantage of the special offer until September 31st.

Cherbourg is one of two destinations in France served by Irish Ferries, with the port of Roscoff also accessible from Rosslare.

Travellers planning to stay in Britain and Ireland this year can catch ferries to Dublin from Holyhead or sail from Pembroke to Rosslare with Irish Ferries.
