Irish Ferries has encouraged travellers looking for a fun and memorable experience this summer to catch ferries to Ireland for the Puck Fair.
This event will be held in the town of Killorglin in south-west Ireland from August 10th to 12th.
Travellers who would like to visit the fair can catch ferries to Rosslare from Pembroke with
Irish Ferries and drive to Killorglin in County Kerry.
The Puck Fair is Ireland's oldest festival and regularly plays host to local entertainers as well as international acts.
This year, visitors will be entertained by the Lions of Africa, a group of artists from Senegal who perform a show that includes music, dance and acrobatics.
Irish music will also be played at venues around Killorglin, with puppet shows, juggling acts, circus performances and a giant fireworks display on the last day also providing entertainment for guests.
In addition to
Irish Ferries' Pembroke to Rosslare service, travellers can catch
ferries from Fishguard to Rosslare with
Stena Line or use the Liverpool to Dublin ferry route served by both P&O Ferries and
Norfolkline Irish Sea.
