The attractions of tourism all over the island of Ireland have been highlighted in a new roadshow in the West Midlands.
A group of ten tourism firms from the Island of Ireland have been in Worcester and Birmingham showcasing both the attractions on the island and the ease of getting there.
People who have caught
ferries from Holyhead to Dublin will know how simple it is to make the trip.
Tourism Ireland's head of Great Britain Vanessa Markey said the trip "provides us with an excellent opportunity to spread the word about all the great things to see and do on a holiday or short break in Ireland".
Upcoming events people may wish to see in Ireland include the PhotoIreland festival, which continues until the end of July.
Showcasing some outstanding work by skilled photographers, the event includes contributions from the Irish Museum of Modern Art, the Royal Hibernian Academy, the Gallery of Photography and the Sirius Arts Centre.
