British travellers looking for some holiday inspiration have been offered a number of reasons to catch ferries to France with
Norfolkline this year.
Cost is one of the strongest incentives, according to the company, with ferry travel providing a cheaper way of reaching the continent than flying and also offering the benefit of a set price with no hidden costs.
Norfolkline also cited convenience as a big benefit, with no luggage restrictions on ferry crossings and a journey that is comfortable and spacious compared to air travel.
People travelling with children should have no problems keeping them occupied on
Norfolkline ferries to France owing to the company's underwater-themed play area.
The operator also claimed that its ferries to Dunkerque offer easier access to France, Belgium, Germany and Holland than services to other European ports.
An alternative to the
Norfolkline route is the
Dover to Calais ferry link, which is served by both
Seafrance and P&O Ferries.
