Culture vultures should consider a Belgium ferry break next month to experience the Museum Night Fever event in Brussels, according to P&O Ferries.
The company said that the celebration - scheduled for March 6th this year - will provide an "enchanting evening" for visitors.
A total of 20 cultural institutes are set to take part in the event, opening their doors from 20:00 to 01:00 local time and hosting a number of special exhibitions, music performances, workshops and more.
Attractions whose participation has been confirmed include the BELvue Museum, the Belgian Centre for Comic Strip Art and the Museum of the City of Brussels.
P&O Ferries provides access to Belgium with its Hull to Zeebrugge ferry service, while
Norfolkline operates ferries to Zeebrugge from Rosyth in Scotland.
Visitors who would like to continue their evening after the museums close can head to Bozar, which will host an official after-party until 03:00.
Belgium's capital city is home to many other attractions that are worth looking out for, such as the Grand Place and the Atomium.
People travelling from southern England can use the Ramsgate to Ostend ferry route, which is served by
TransEuropa Ferries.
