P&O Ferries will welcome two legends from the world of darts this year for a special mini-cruise on the Portsmouth to Bilbao ferry route.
Eric Bristow and Keith Deller will be onboard the Pride of Bilbao when it sets sail from England's south coast on the evening of September 4th.
The pair had an intense rivalry in the 1980s, with Bristow winning the first of four world titles in 1980 but losing to Deller by six sets to five three years later.
Deller was the youngest world champion in the history of darts and still holds the record for the fastest game ever, hitting 301 in just 97 seconds.
The British legends will be the star attraction on
P&O Ferries' 'darts challenge' mini-cruise, which will also provide the opportunity for travellers to visit attractions in Bilbao such as the Guggenheim gallery and the old town.
People planning a break in Spain can also book a crossing with
Brittany Ferries, which operates
ferries from Portsmouth to Santander and also sails to the destination from Plymouth.
